If you love all things dinghy sailing then be sure to have the weekend of 02-03 March 2019 in the diary as the RYA Dinghy Show returns to Alexandra Palace, London to offer the ultimate day out for dinghy sailors old and new.

“Planning is well underway behind the scenes for the 68th RYA Dinghy Show which already promises to be one not to be missed” said RYA Director of Sport Development, Alistair Dickson.

“For 2019 we’re planning a brand new line up of speakers and coaching sessions as well as new show hosts, talks specifically dedicated to younger visitors plus even more interactive features.

“Through the 2019 show, we are also intending to celebrate and recognise the unique communities which are such an integral part of dinghy sailing, all of which have their unique ‘tribal’ qualities and individuality. It should provide a great platform to have great fun and remember how diverse and interesting our sport is.” Alistair concludes.

The popular Sailor’s Corner where you can rub shoulders with members of the British Sailing Team and sailing champions is making a comeback along with the return of the Women’s Sailing Hub and the Class Associations Stage.

Once again the show will welcome over 150 exhibitors including boat builders, class associations, sailing clubs and retailers.Visitors of all ages will also be able to enjoy show favourites including sailing simulators, trapeze rig and the famous Dinghy Show Treasure Hunt so whether you’re an experienced dinghy sailor or looking to get started, there’s something for everyone.

The show remains a huge hit with the dinghy sailing community as the perfect event to get the season underway, meet up with friends old and new as well as tracking down new kit, boats or a little bit of extra knowledge to improve your skills on the water.
