Dear Yawlies,
As stated in my recent email the SYOA London dinner will take place on Wednesday 22 Feb at the London Corinthian Sailing Club. It was very well attended last year and was great fun so we are hoping to repeat that this year. Again we are encouraging younger members of the Yawl community to join us, so any adult children in London with an interest in Yawling would be very welcome.
We are hoping to have a jet setting international sailor who has just joined the SYOA as guest speaker, but that is dependent on his flight arriving on time earlier in the day!
1. Menu.
Starter – Burrata, beetroot, burnt oranges, ricotta.
Main – Free range chicken breast a la Bourguignon, parmesan mash, baby carrot.
Dessert – Black Forest Trifle.
Vegetarian option – Mushroom Bourguignon, parmesan mash, fried sage leaves.
A gluten free option will also be available.
Welcome glass of fizz and half a bottle of wine included in the price which is £55 per head.
2. Registering and Payment.
Please let Allyson know if you wish to attend, how many tickets you would like and the names of those who will be attending and also please copy Penny and myself. Please also let her know if either the vegetarian or gluten free options are required and the name of the person they are for.
